The Menu: Dublin Wine Fest

THE UNION OF GOOD FOOD AND WINE

The Menu: Dublin Wine Fest

The Menu knows a marriage doesn’t just take care of itself and can only truly flourish through constant and careful attention. But before a long-suffering Mrs Menu chokes on her porridge, it should be pointed out, that, naturally, The Menu is speaking of the greatest marriage of all, the union of good food and wine and is therefore delighted to read out the banns for the inaugural Dublin Wine Fest (April 20-25).

Part of an ongoing series of events, Great Irish Beverages, the self-guided wine trails include visits to restaurants such as Ananda, The Butcher Grill; Camden Kitchen; China Sichuan; l’Officina; The Port House; Ibericos; Coppinger Row; Rock Lobster and Tribeca Restaurant & Winebar — a fraction of the 32 venues offering all manner of wonderful food and wine pairings. www.facebook.com/GreatIrishBeverages
