Niall Fitzgerald and Kevin McKinney met in banking during the boom but they sensibly decided that beer was a more suitable career and launched Stone Barrel Brewing in November 2013.
Golden red colour with a light burnt toffee aroma, a punchy fruit driven palate and a dry hop bite on the finish. This is fine characterful beer and I’m looking forward to tasting their new Day Trippin’ American Pale Ale at the Craft Brewers festival in the RDS this weekend.
