The Menu is a fierce man altogether for a bit of fire in the belly, most especially the Indian regional cooking styles from way down south and so hopes to be joining Bannu and Ruth, from Annam, a wonderful new Indian Supper Club and Cookery School in Douglas, Cork.

The first date in his diary is their Pongal Supper Club (Jan 24), celebrating the traditional Tamil Harvest Festival, Thai Tamil.
