Recipe for Stuffed Courgette Blossoms with Goats Cheese, Pesto and Tomato Fondue
The female flowers produce the fruit, but we use the male flowers in our salads, as a container for sauces and in soups. They are also delicious stuffed with a few melting morsels, then dipped in a light batter and deep fried until crisp and golden.
