Recipe for Asian dressing

This is the dressing that turns bland into fantastic.

It's dairy free, oil free and not that this ever dictates what I eat it's healthy, so a great one if you're clocking the calories. It has to be a classic now.

It's simply what the Vietnamese use as a dipping sauce.
