Hot tip and correction

Last week’s recipe for Willie Scannell’s Gratin of Potato and Wild Mushrooms featured a number of mistaken fractions and measures due to a technical error.

The recipe should have included a ½lb of potatoes, a ½ pint (or 1¼ cups) of cream among the other ingredients. The completed mix should be cooked for 1½ hours.

Our sincere apologies to anyone who attempted this recipe.
