Boozeberries: New Irish liqueur made by Michelle Power which recently won an award at IFEX in Dublin for best new beverage. Michelle came up with the idea while experimenting with ways of preserving fruit a few years ago - she tried preserving blackcurrants in vodka and liked the result. Can be used to make summer cocktails. Available in many off licences nationwide.
