31-acre North Cork holding for sale in two lots

Lot 1 contains approximately 18 acres of the 31-acre holding for sale at Shronebeha, Banteer, Co. Cork.
A 31-acre holding is new to the market in North Cork with Blarney-based auctioneer Dan Fleming.
The farm is in two separate lots and is located near Banteer, in the townland of Shronebeha.
Access is very good, with a generous stretch of the R579 running along the eastern boundary of Lot 1. This lot consists of approximately 18 acres of land. It is laid out in grass and has the benefit of a mains water supply.
“It’s laid out in grass, but it is in need of reseeding,” said Mr Fleming. “But it’s very good soil — red Duhallow soil. It would suit someone for a small enterprise or as an addition to an existing farm.”
Lot 2 is a short distance away to the southwest of Lot 1 and also consists of grassland, with entitlements attached. Access is via a cul-de-sac road.
This is a very active farming zone, with a number of progressive businesses nearby. Banteer is just 2.5km to the north of the property, while Kanturk is 8.5km and Mallow is 20km to the east.
The price guide is in the region of €10,000 - €15,000/acre.
