A 40-acre holding in East Cork is eliciting a lot of interest from a variety of suitors, both locally and from farther afield, according to selling agent Michael Murray of Midleton-based Home & Away Real Estate.

There will surely be strong interest in Lot 1 on its own, but the presence of so many progressive farmers in the area should ensure demand for the land will also be strong.
