Taskforce to seek solutions to salvage storm timber

An action plan to salvage timber lying on the ground in forestry plantations after thousands of trees were blown down in Storms Éowyn and Darragh is now being sought.

Senator Paraic Brady told a meeting of the Upper House forestry damaged in the storms needed to be harvested.
