22-acre Kilkenny farm fetches €18k/acre at auction
The farm benefits from a natural watercourse along its southern boundary and could be suitable for a number of agricultural uses.
Last featured here on March 4, a 21.6-acre farm at Pleberstown, near Thomastown, Co Kilkenny, was successfully sold at online auction recently by Gorey-based auctioneers Quinn Property.
It was the latest in its ongoing series of online auctions, and the sale took place on March12. Going under the hammer was a neat grassland holding laid out in four divisions, about 6km from Thomastown.
