Trio of North Clare holdings to tempt land market in New Year

On Friday, February 7, a series of online auctions of adjoining land parcels in County Clare takes place via the DNG online auctions website.
The three properties, totalling 60.25 acres in all, are in and around the townland of Ballinalacken in North Clare, adjacent to Ballinalacken Castle Country House Hotel and convenient to Lisdoonvarna (5km), Doolin (4km) and Fanore (10km to the north). In online auctions that took place before Christmas, three houses that were initially attached to these lands were sold, with each one exceeding their price guides by a considerable margin.
