My neighbour's camera points at my house

A lot of homeowners use CCTV cameras as a security measure to deter intruders, but many may not realise that their cameras could be infringing on others’ personal data, writes solicitor Angela O'Connor.
Dear Angela,
My neighbour has erected cameras on his farm buildings. One of the cameras is pointing at my house. I am not very comfortable about this, and he did not ask me for my permission or even discuss it or consult me in advance. Do I have any right to stop him from doing this? I would appreciate some advice.
