South Tipp parcel tops €30,000/acre at auction
Some of the quality lands of othe 13.42-acre farm sold at auction in Clonmel.
The appeal of the smallholding and its ability to achieve extraordinary prices was demonstrated yet again at an auction in South Tipperary last week.
The farm was a 13.4-acre holding at Moanroe, approximately 6km north of Clonmel. The property consists of good-quality land, with fields all laid out in grass. There is a water supply, electricity, and good road frontage onto two different public roads.
