32-acre Limerick farm makes €18,000/ac at auction

A 32-acre farm that was featured on these pages on February 15 has sold at auction last Thursday, March 21, with Limerick-based GVM Auctioneers.

The auction was presided over by Tom Crosse of GVM and was open to bids online (through lslauctions.com) and on the ground in the auction room at GVM’s Limerick city centre offices.
