New Livestock Committee chairman elected

Co Laois beef farmer Declan Hanrahan has been elected as chairman of the Irish Farmers' Association's National Livestock Committee.

He was elected to succeed Brendan Golden, who came to the end of his term, having been elected in 2020, at a meeting of the Committee in the Irish Farm Centre on Wednesday.
