60 acres inside Limerick’s future ring road for auction

After the successful public auction in recent months of holdings in the Adare area (a farm last month at Shanaclough, for example, achieved over €15k/acre), Limerick-based auctioneer Tom Crosse of GVM is now eyeing November 7 for the public sale of a 60-acre non-residential holding near the village of Meelick in Co Clare.
