For sale with Cork-based auctioneers Global Properties, the property in question is located in the townland of Coolasmultane, approximately 4km from Charleville in North Cork.
“It’s very well maintained land and fine level land,” says selling agent Barry Nagle of the property which is near the local golf course, and close to the Co Limerick border.
The land itself should be of interest to a number of farmers in the area, most likely as an extension to an existing holding or as a hobby farm.

There isn’t any road frontage with the holding, but a clear right of way is established linking it to the public road via a short lane of approximately 200m.
There are no entitlements going with the property, and the asking price is €370,000, or €8,000 per acre.
