A new digital innovation hub in Kilkenny can drive the digital transformation of Europe’s agri-food sector.

That’s what European Union Agriculture Commissioner Phil Hogan predicted yesterday at the launch of the Precision Agriculture Centre of Excellence (PACE) in the city.
