The Sustainable Energy Authority of Ireland (SEAI), in collaboration with Teagasc, has launched a pilot funding scheme to support adoption of energy efficient technology on dairy farms, writes Stephen Cadogan.

A fund of €250,000 is available for up to 100 farms under the scheme in 2017, targeted at upgrades to existing milking equipment.
