“It’s on the Carrignavar Road,” says selling agent Patrick Murphy. “And it’s all in one block. We think that it’s a reasonable guide price for good-quality ground.”
He says there is good interest locally and from strong dairy-farming holdings. “It would be ideally suited to someone in dairying who wants to extend their holding… It’s very well drained too and it’s got an ideal situation.”
