AMV of €7,500/acre for Tipp border land

This 98-acre farm has just come on the market near the village of Grangemockler, in the Tipperary-Kilkenny border area.

Ballycomey House in the Co Kilkenny town of Castlecomer is the location on March 24 for the public auction of a 98-acre farm located over the border in Co Tipperary.

The selling agent is Castlecomer-based auctioneer Joseph Coogan. According to Joseph, the land in question was in tillage since the 1980s, and has been leased for the last number of years.
