Bio-scientist Aideen Kennedy wins prestigious RDS medal

Bio-scientist Aideen Kennedy has won best oral presentation and the RDS medal at this year’s Teagasc Walsh Fellowships seminar.

Ms Kennedy is based at the Teagasc Animal and Grassland Research and Innovation Centre, Moore-park, and at the Department of Biological Sciences, CIT, Bishopstown, Cork.

The title of her presentation was ‘Epidemiological investigations into Johne’s disease on Irish dairy farms’.
