Ornua adds to US food services with CoreFX Ingredients acquisition

Ornua will offer new services to its customers with the acquisition of CoreFX Ingredients, a powder ingredient facility in Orangeville, Illinois, USA.

Ornua acquired CoreFX for around €5m. It is understood that Ornua will invest up to a further €5m developing the facility over the next three years.

A division of MCT Dairies, CoreFX uses spray drying and dry-blending technologies to produce dairy, cheese and lipid powder ingredients for US food manufacturing and foodservice customers.
