Bord Bia and a record 27 Irish food exporters were in Paris yesterday for the launch of the biennial Salon International d’Alimentation (Sial), the biggest food fair in the world this year.

Irish numbers are up by a third, with post-Brexit market diversification a key theme among Irish food exporters.
