50 acres of premier land near Nenagh

A residential 49.8-acre holding near Nenagh comes under the hammer in a public auction to be hosted by Eoin Dillon of REA Eoin Dillon on Thursday October 20 next at Ormond Hotel right in the centre of the Premier county town.

Hoping that the result will be as positive as the county’s hurling fortunes have been of late, Eoin describes the farm as “prime agricultural land”, located just 3km from the centre of Nenagh in the townland of Ballygasheen.

“About 36 of the acres are of excellent quality,” says Eoin.
