ABP food group to expand its presence in Poland
The Irish-based company has operated since 2002 in west Poland, where it has two plants.
The targeted beef processor in Tykocin in east Poland has capacity to process 4800 cattle per months.
Meanwhile, ABP Food Group has announced 153 vacancies across its Irish operations.
These include jobs in human resources (HR), business analysis and accountancy, as well as boners, trimmers and general operatives.
The positions include 30 jobs for graduates in IT, accounting, HR, health and safety, engineering, quality assurance, sales and marketing, and environmental sustainability.
The graduate programme at ABP Food Group combines broad, hands-on training with opportunities to study for further qualifications.
