Agri Aware’s unique Mobile Farm makes fifth appearance in Galway

Agri Aware’s unique Mobile Farm made its fifth appearance at the Galway Food Festival held at Woodquay Market last weekend.

Children of all ages had the chance to meet and pet a host of newborn animals including lambs, calves, goats and chicks as well as a Dexter cow and pigs.

The Mobile Farm is an outdoor classroom that is used to educate children and adults about different farm animals and their role in producing quality food that is safe and affordable for consumers.
