Dairymaster boss Edmond Harty upbeat on future of agri-food innovation

Irish agri-food is developing new technologies to deal with the global challenges facing the industry, according to Dr Edmond Harty, CEO and technical director of Dairymaster.

Dr Harty addressed the Nuffield 2016 Contemporary Scholars’ Conference in the Cavan Crystal Hotel, discussing innovation, technology and new thinking in agri-food.

Nuffield International hosts the week-long annual conference for newly- selected scholars. It is hosted by member countries and rotated between the northern and southern hemispheres.
