The strong likelihood of the national general election taking place in February, March or April may even push the earliest date option for IFA’s national election out to the summer months.

The IFA National Treasurer and Returning Officer Jer Bergin opened nominations for the position of President of the IFA last week, following the resignation of reigning President Eddie Downey on November 25.
