Every now and again, a landmark farm with a reputation that spreads nationwide comes on the market.

Such a holding is newly listed with Keane Mahony Smith. The property is located in the townland of Ballydoyle, Castletownroche in north Cork, equidistant (about 18km) from Fermoy, Mitchelstown and Mallow.

According to selling agent Anthony O’Regan, this farm in the heart of the Golden Vale was known nationwide as “The Model Farm”, such was its renown as a dairy farm.
