Great value harvest grain could be key to beef profit this winter

I mentioned briefly last week the opportunity there is this year for livestock producers to purchase cereals off the combine.

The 2015 harvest is just around the corner. Hopefully the weather will settle, so that combines and balers can get to work uninterrupted.

The crops look well in the field, and there is great potential for top quality grain and straw to be saved.
