20 acres for €200,000 in Curraduff, North Cork

North Cork seems to be something of a hot zone these days for smaller blocks of quality land that will entice the expanding farmer as much as the hobby farmer.

Another such property is on the market with Blarney-based auctioneer Dan Fleming.

The 20-acre non-residential holding is located in the townland of Curraduff, adjacent to Newmarket. According to the selling agent, access is very good, even though there isn’t any road frontage with it.

“While there’s no road frontage, there is great access to it, with its own entrance. It’s laid out in one field in new grass. It has been cut for silage already and there’s nearly another cut ready at this point.

“It would suit a modern farmer looking to expand or even a hobby farmer.”

The agents are seeking offers of €200,000 (€10,000/acre) or above. So far, offers have reached €150,000.
