Merger talks are ongoing between two of Ireland’s longest established co-ops.

Discussions are well advanced between Ballyrashane in North Antrim, and Town of Monaghan, based south of the border.

Ballyrashane Creamery has bases in Coleraine, Co Derry, and Enniskillen, Co Fermanagh.
