27 ‘top quality’ acres to sell in West Cork

Laid out in one block, 6km south of the village of Coppeen, in West Cork, and 10km from Dunmanway, a tempting-sized block of 27 acres of land is for sale with Skibbereen-based auctioneer, Pat Maguire. 

The agent describes the land as being of “top quality”. There is, he says, interest both locally and from abroad for the holding in the townland of Gurtaleen.

“It’s laid out in permanent pasture,” he says. “They’re sheltered grounds that slope gently with a predominantly western aspect.”
