77 acres at Doneraile

What is aptly described as a “substantial roadside holding” is new to the market with Sherry Fitzgerald O’Donovan auctioneers in Mallow.

The 77-acre non-residential farm is located in the townland of Brough — just a couple of kilometres north of Doneraile. There are no entitlements on it.

Sandwiched between the N20 to the west and the N73 to the east, this sizeable but compact holding consists of “top class land,” according to selling agent Michael O’Donovan. Currently the land is in tillage but it would, he says, be suited to any farming activity.
