ICA news: Put your brown bread to the ultimate national taste test

It’s time to take out those brown bread recipes again. The National Ploughing Association (NPA) has just announced this year’s national brown bread baking competition.

And there’s a new initiative running alongside it this year – the national junior baking competition.

The brown bread baking competition, sponsored by Aldi in association with the National Ploughing Association (NPA) and the ICA, was a tremendous success at last year’s Ploughing, and it’s set to expand this year, with the prize pot increasing significantly, to over €7,600.
