Teagasc’s two organic advisors, Dan Clavin and Elaine Leavy, told me that they are receiving “10 to 15 calls a day each”regarding the organic farming scheme (OFS).

And compulsory organic training courses, 10 of which have already been delivered in the current round, have waiting lists; 300 have completed these courses since they began again last November.
