The shortlisted companies are Glenmar Shellfish Ltd (Skibbereen), Irish Yogurts (Clonakilty), Pinnacle Ltd (Nenagh), The Little Milk Company (Dungarvan) and Truly Irish Country Foods (Limerick).

The prize is worth about €50,000, and includes pitch signage, corporate hospitality for 10 guests, and a match programme advertisment.

The selected game is on January 25 at Thomond park in Limerick, where Munster take on Sale Sharks, a team they beat 27-26 in a pulsating game in England last October.

Mark Cunningham, Director of Business Banking at Bank of Ireland, said they had received very strong entries again this year for the competition.
