Strong interest in Ballindenisk farm

There’s already early interest and bids at about the €12,000 an acre mark in a 32-acre land sale out at Ballindenisk, near Watergrasshill — adjacent to a famed point to point and international equestrian eventing, linked to the Fell family, for the past 40 years.

This separate land for sale is new to market with estate agent Dan Fleming, and is one of two associated land offers he’s making this month, here at Ballindenisk, and with a further six acres at Knockboy, Carrignavar.

The larger offer, 32 acres, is at Ballindenisk about four miles from Watergrasshill and Mr Fleming says it’s dual purpose, as good for tillage as for grazing. Right now, it’s in grass, and has nice-sized paddocks and good road frontage two fields
