Good Food Ireland is an all-island brand standard for Irish food, restaurants, pubs, cafes, accommodation, cookery schools, food shops and food producers, since it was launched by Ms Jeffares in 2006.
The Co Wexford woman went home from Limerick with the trophies for champion young horse, champion filly, and the reserve prize in the venerable Traditional Irish Horse Association (TIHA) Limerick Lady competition, in which Co Sligo horse producer, Jim Tempany, showed the champ.
