Knock Morris is named working hunter champ
The star of the show rings was Bloomfield Excelsior, a winner all the way to the supreme hunter championship for Co Wicklow rider, Jane Bradbury, and owner, Daphne Tierney. The best light-weight hunter title went to Rehy I’m A Star, partnered by Co Waterford rider, Rosemary Connors, and owned by Patrick Cotter. Best show hunter pony, Colorado, was shown by Justine Fay, Glandore, Co Cork. The big Pembroke Challenge Cup owner-breeder prize went to Seamus Lehane, Clonakilty, Co Cork. HVL Symphony was an RDS winner in the three-year-old loose performance for Stephen McCarthy, Dunmanway, Co Cork, and Tom Murray, Duntally Stud, Clondrohid, Co Cork, too, won a cup at Ballsbridge in the Ridden Connemara Championship.
