Big interest in prime farm sale

ONE big field, offering 35 acres in a location within a short commute of Cork city, should pull hobby farmer buyers.

A new private treaty sale, the residential farm at Currabeha, Crookstown, is on offer through selling agent Joe McCarthy of Irish and European, who’s already seen good interest since its launch last Saturday.

Comprising a substantial traditional farmhouse and outbuildings, the property is being sold in one lot, and will suit a range of equestrian or farming interests, he says.
