Cheese award for Dairygold Leeds outfit

Dairygold Food Ingredients UK, based in Leeds, won the best fresh cheese prize at the recent British Cheese Awards in Oxfordshire.

CEO Jim Woulfe said: “Our success at the British Cheese Awards testifies to the excellent quality natural soft cheese ingredients that DFI Leeds produce for the food manufacturing and food service sectors with the high quality that our customers have come to expect from Dairygold’s tradition of excellence.”

It was the co-op’s American Style Soft Cheese that won the big award.
