With more than half a dozen significant sales in as many months, auctioner Joe McCarthy has two more properties newly listed and both are tidy, affordable properties in two locations in Cork county.

The first straddles two townlands in Ballyregan and Ballywilliam at Churchtown South in North Cork and comprises 46.5 acres in three separate divisions. It is a non-residential sale.

Located close to the heritage village and within walking distance of schools, shops, etc, the land which is in two blocks, is level, good ground in a mix of pasture and tillage, says Joe McCarthy.
