Mixer revolution with self-propelled and self-loading unit
This machine is designed for farms where a mix for groups of 70 to 400 cows is required, and is available with capacities of 14, 17 or 20 cubic metres.
The loading system consists of a cutting frame with fixed and moving knives, designed to leave behind a smooth and tight silo face, while capable of loading all types of feed quickly and accurately, including large round and square bales.
The mixer feeder system uses Trioliet’s two-auger system, and self-sharpening auger knives designed for long life.
A cross conveyor at the front of the mixing chamber can be used to discharge feed on the left or right.
Other discharge options include additional discharge doors to the rear right and/or left, or a premix discharge door to the rear centre.
Discharge volume and distance are fully adjustable.
The machine’s hydrostatic drive has a 0-20 km/h working mode and a 0-40 km/h transport mode.
Both the front steering axle and the hydrostatic driven rear axle feature suspension for optimum comfort. Optional extras include four-wheel steering and four-wheel drive.
The electronic weighing system can be supplied with an optional software package, which can be used in combination with feed management programmes for control of feed costs.
The height of the cabin can be adjusted hydraulically to ensure the best possible view for the operator.
The 129kw diesel engine is mounted on a special rail, for easier maintenance.
