December auction for 38 acres in Terelton, mid-Cork

Following a good price achieved in the Terelton area last time round, joint agents Tom Brady and Killian Lynch are confident of a good turnout at the auction on Dec 5 of a further 38 acres of land at Reanacaheragh, Terelton, in mid-Cork.

This latest property bounds land sold previously — some 44.5 acres which made €32,000 over its guide price, bringing the average per acre price for the land up to €7,000 per acre.

This time round, Lynch and Brady are drawing in their horns a little (and not frightening buyers off), by quoting a guide price of €5,000 to €6,000 per acre, or a total guide, prior to auction, of €200,000.
