Clon assurance welcomed

West Cork ICMSA chairman Tom Wilson has welcomed reassurances that no Department of Agriculture office closure is planned in Clonakilty.

The Department is consolidating its Clonakilty-based activities on one site, at Park Road, Clogheen. This gave rise to local rumours of closure, and protest statements by some local politicians.
