Bag a Bantry beauty at double auction

With the date for auction put back until August 2, buyers interested in either of two properties on offer near Bantry, Co Cork have a little more time on their hands to sort out affairs beforehand.

Comprising a small residential farm in the Mealagh Valley, and a 3.5-acre site on the edge of Bantry town, the two properties are being publicly auctioned by John Hodnett of Hodnett Forde.

The same agent sold a property at auction last week at the delightfully named Pookeen West, at Baltimore.
