Just a mile from Macroom town in the interlocking spurs of the Lee valley, this substantial, 113-acre farm at Ummera, Macroom is already generating calls for agent Killian Lynch.
An outside farm with limited road frontage, the land is nevertheless very well situated and will certainly appeal to any neighbouring farmers looking to expand.
Stretching over a hillside, the land is effectively in two tiers, says Killian Lynch, with the steep land under an eight year old spruce plantation.
